Dimitriaki S.A. applies

• ISO 22000:2018 standard for Food and Feed Safety Management across all its facilities. Through this system, the company ensures effective risk control at every stage of its operations, from receipt and storage to the handling and distribution of bulk products, with full traceability and compliance with applicable legislation, in order to provide safe products.
  At the same time, continuous and documented inspections are carried out both by the company’s independent Quality Management Department and by public and private inspection authorities, enhancing transparency, reliability, and the continuous improvement of the system.

•  ISO 14001:2015 standard for Environmental Management at its main facilities that support vessel loading and unloading operations. Through this system, the company identifies and controls the environmental impacts of its port and storage activities, ensures compliance with current environmental legislation, and implements actions for the continuous improvement of its environmental performance.
  The company’s commitment is reflected in its environmental management policy, pollution prevention measures, rational use of natural resources, and responsible waste management during bulk cargo handling. In addition, Dimitriaki S.A. utilizes photovoltaic systems to cover a significant portion of its energy needs, contributing to the reduction of its environmental footprint.

• European EFISC–GTP (Good Trade Practice) standard at its main facilities, ensuring a high level of safety, quality, and responsibility in the trade of cereals and feed raw materials. The system covers all critical operational processes, with emphasis on risk prevention, supplier control, continuous testing and analyses, traceability, contamination control, and compliance with European and national legislation.The EFISC–GTP certification was adopted on the initiative and as a strategic decision of Dimitriaki S.A., without being a customer requirement, aiming to supply GTP-certified products to the Greek market and to upgrade cereal trading standards in Greece. At the same time, it represents a unique achievement for the country, as Dimitriaki S.A. is the only company in the Greek market holding this certification, confirming its pioneering and leading role in the sector.

Dimitriaki S.A. is certified in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 for the management, storage, and distribution of organic products. The company’s facilities and operational procedures ensure the full segregation of organic and conventional products, the integrity of individual batches, and complete traceability at all stages of the supply chain, whenever required.
